Full Tilt Poker

As of last night I decided to give Full Tilt Poker a try. I have played in the free money games on this site before. As you well know, free money and real money are two different things. The interface does take some getting used to. I have been playing on PokerStars for so long that it was taking some getting used to. What are my thoughts on Full Tilt Poker? Well, let's see... there are things that I like and things that I don't.
Here we have my LIKES:
1. I love that there are SO many different layouts and views to choose from. If I get bored with one than I can just change to another.
2. I like the fact that when I finish a game it immediately asks me if I want to join another of the same type that I just played. If you do a heads up match? It even gives you a choice of whether or not to rematch the same player you just played. If the opponent agrees than you can play them again. That's a really cool concept.
3. I like the cool avatars that you have to choose from. You can make the moods change on the avatars as well. There are 4 moods to choose from... Normal, Happy, Angry, and Confused.
4. There are 7 different tourney types. They are as follows: Re buy/add on, Double Stack, Super Stack, Turbo, Knockout, Shootout, and Matrix. So from the looks of it, you have a larger selection of tourneys to enter.
Here we have my DIS-LIKES:
1. I however, don't like the way the sorting of the games is done. It makes it a bit difficult. I have on numerous occasions click on one thing and got something else instead because it moved or something. Luckily for me... it takes a significant amount of time to fill up the required amount of players that I had time to unregister from the miss click.
2. That brings me to the next dis-like. It takes a long time it seems to have a sit n go or tourney start. I'm sure that it is due to having a lower volume of players on at any one giving time. PokerStars is a lot faster in this when it comes to getting on a table fast with no waiting around. I had forgotten I had entered a tourney at one point because it did take so long.
As far as the types of players that you come across... well, that is yet to be determined, lol. You have your so called "Donkeys/Fish" or whatever you want to call them anywhere that you play. I have yet to make any determination as to which one I prefer. That will take a bit more research. So check back later to see what I decide. That is if I decide...after all I am female, LOL!

Nice Review and yes, FTP does look nice, but I love the software done by Ladbrokes. Looks great.
